Poverty and Precarious Employment in Niagara (PEPiN)

Our goal is to understand the state of precarious employment (PE) and the impact it has on Niagara residents. By engaging knowledge users, we will develop best practices and recommendations so that policy-makers, service providers, advocacy coalitions and employers can learn how to mitigate risks associated with PE. This project is a step forward to  ensuring jobs are a pathway to income and employment security.
